No, prior experience isn’t necessary. While knowledge of real estate or construction can be helpful, the course is designed to teach you everything—from finding profitable sites and getting approvals to managing builders and securing finance. Many successful students started with no industry experience.
The timeline depends on the type and scale of the project. A small townhouse or duplex project can take 12–18 months from site acquisition to completion, while larger developments can take 2–3 years. The course provides strategies to streamline the process and minimise delays.
Yes! Many students complete the program while working their 9-to-5 jobs. The key is having the knowledge to prioritise tasks, work with our team of professionals, and manage projects efficiently. In addition, we encourage our students to form teams within their cohort to work more effectively.
