I was born in Brisbane and came from a humble background, growing up in a family that struggled financially. My journey started as a carpenter, working hard to build a future for myself. At 26, I took a leap into property, determined to create wealth and financial freedom.

With over two decades in the industry, I’ve built more than 550 homes and delivered 10 major projects in the last 10 years—valued at over $250 million. No, prior experience isn’t necessary. While knowledge of real estate or construction can be helpful, the course is designed to teach you everything—from finding profitable sites and getting approvals to managing builders and securing finance. Many successful students started with no industry experience.

How long does it take to complete a development project?

The timeline depends on the type and scale of the project. A small townhouse or duplex project can take 12–18 months from site acquisition to completion, while larger developments can take 2–3 years. The course provides strategies to streamline the process and minimise delays.

Can I do Conclave while keeping my full-time job?

Yes! Many students complete the program while working their 9-to-5 jobs. The key is having the knowledge to prioritise tasks, work with our team of professionals, and manage projects efficiently. In addition, we encourage our students to form teams within their cohort to work more effectively.

What are the biggest risks in property development, and how can I avoid them?
